Our Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Tools

We at Foxtrot X-Ray are open to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) where it can ethically facilitate human creativity. We will never use AI or ML to replace human creativity.

At Foxtrot X-Ray, humans will always drive the creative decisions from development to delivery.

We pledge to be transparent and accountable in any and all uses of AI or ML in our work. Where possible, we will train ML models on our own internal data. Where that isn’t possible, we will only use ML tools where the training models are based on ethically-sourced data, and the companies behind these tools share our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Foxtrot X-Ray will never use stock imagery, videos, or 3D assets created by Generative AI algorithms trained on the work of other artists.

We will always confirm that human hands and human minds have created any stock assets we incorporate into our work, because all the assets we create in-house have always been and will always be made by humans.

Foxtrot X-Ray, its employees and contractors will always adhere to TPN Best Practices when it comes to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all company and customer data and IP. This includes all AI/ML tools, which will be vetted against the current TPN Best Practices before being adopted by Foxtrot X-Ray.
