The Arizona Film Office Reel Savings Program offers discounts and rebates for below-the-line, in-state production spending. Key features include:
Savings Scope: Includes no-fee application permits for state roads and parks, cash rebates from production equipment vendors within 30 days, and discounts from businesses like car rentals and hotels.
Program Requirements: Available to all projects registered with Arizona Film & Digital Media and participants of its Production Directory.
Application Process: Register your project with the Arizona Film Office and join the Arizona Production Directory to access Reel Savings. Upon approved registration, you will receive a Reel Savings ID for vendor discounts.
Program Benefits: Unlike state tax incentives, this program requires no audit process, has no local hire requirement, and is not capped.
