A desperately seeking outlander stumbles across a mysterious, reclusive hermit who may hold the secret that could change a lost world. (IMDb)
For Larry Coulter and Joel Kaye’s post-apocalyptic epic short film “Aftermath,” Foxtrot X-Ray created over 100 visual effects shots, including the ever-present global dust storm, energy weapons, explosions, a massive solar flare, HUD interfaces, and more.
One of the most important elements Foxtrot X-Ray executed was to bring to life the monocycle ridden by Coulter’s “Outlander” character at the start of the film. Coulter rode a practical bike prop rigged to an ATV via a green tow bar.
